Answers to Frequently Asked Questions
1. I have a chip in my windshield. Will it need to be replaced or can it be repaired?
Windshield chips can often be repaired if they are minor and not in the "acute area" of the windshield (the area directly in the driver's line of sight). General rules of thumb are that chips can be repaired if the damage is only to the outer layer of the windshield's laminated safety glass and if the total size of the chip is less than the size of a quarter.
2. Will I need to pay any money out of pocket to get my glass fixed?
For glass repair, most car insurance companies waive the deductible amount (if your insurance policy has one). So if your car insurance policy includes auto glass coverage, then you generally will not have to pay anything out of pocket for glass repair.
For glass replacement, you will not have to pay anything out of pocket if your car insurance policy includes full glass coverage. In this situation, we can simply bill your car insurance provider, collect payment from them and replace your glass at no cost to you.
If your car insurance policy includes a deductible for glass replacement, then you will be responsible for the deductible amount and your car insurance provider will be responsible for any money over the deductible amount.
If your car insurance policy does not include auto glass coverage, then you can simply pay us directly for your auto glass replacement. Our services are very competively priced and we accept cash, checks and credit cards to make payment as easy and convenient as possible.
3. Can I get my glass fixed if my car insurance policy does not have glass coverage?

4. How quickly can I get my auto glass repaired or replaced?
